The Asia-Pacific Region of WOSM is pleased to introduce the 4th Asia Pacific Regional Air-Internet Jamboree, following the success of the first Jamboree in 2004, the second Jamboree in 2005 and the third Jamboree in 2006. Bangladesh Scouts will host this year’s event on 2-3 August 2008. The Air-Internet Jamboree is a regional event in which Scouts can contact each other by amateur radio and through the Internet. It is the excitement of having a live conversation with a fellow Scout in some other place in the world.
Using mRIC & Team Speak user guides & software, you can communicate worldwide thru Text and Voice , in real-time, on a number of languages using microphone and computer’s soundcard to other Scouts over the internet.Persekutuan Pengakap Negara Brunei Darussalam will launched this event in Brunei Darussalam at 1430hrs on 2nd August 2008 at the National Headquarter... All participants are required to register while joining the Jamboree ( To be activated on Jamboree dates only). This will help for getting Certificate of Participation instantly signed by APR & Host Country Authorities.
After registration, all participants will receive his/her participation card automatically thru personal e-mail (according to registration); from where this beautiful colored participation card can be printed at won, any time, any number of copies from any where.
