Majlis Sambutan Hari Belia Kebangsaan 2008 telah diadakan pada 30 Rejab 1429 bersamaan 2 Ogos 2008 bertempat di Stadium Tertutup, Kompleks Sukan Negara Hassanal Bolkiah, Berakas, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Sambutan Hari Belia Kebangsaan ini adalah satu pengiktirafan dan penghargaan negara terhadap penglibatan dan sumbangan golongan belia dalam mempertabatkan lagi kegiatan belia di negara ini.

This year's celebration is held a day after the designated day (August 1), but still held at the Hassanal Bolkiah Indoor Stadium.
The event is a drive to facilitate and show support for the Bruneian youths to strive for a more active contribution to the country of Brunei Darussalam, be it through government or private agencies by voluntary means but also through non-government organisations.Three events scheduled for the celebration: the youth pledge, a youth sketch and youth awards.
Three youth awards awarded by His Majesty the Excellent Youth Award, Industrialist Youth Award and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Youth Award.
The Industrialist Youth Award awarded to a Bruneian youth who has been recognised not only for his achievements but also in displaying his or her hardwork, talent, perseverance in projects or activities in business, industry, agriculture or fishery.
The ICT Youth Award awarded based on their ability, expertise and excellence in the area of ICT that can be incorporated as a positive development for the country, while the Excellent Youth Award awarded to a youth recognised for his or her merit contribution in their work or their efforts in promoting Brunei's image.
